
Christina Turner Equity Programs & Data Advisor
Christina Turner joined the Office of Institutional Equity in August 2025. Prior to JHU, Christina directed institutional research and assessment at Gonzaga University, providing strategic leadership and analytical expertise related to institutional effectiveness, educational research, compliance reporting, and data-informed change management. Christina also managed climate survey projects as a senior research associate at Rankin Climate, assessing campus climate at over 40 higher education institutions. Christina earned undergraduate degrees in Philosophy, Physics, and Mathematics at the University of Oregon and holds an M.S. in Physics from the University of Oregon, M.A. in History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Notre Dame, M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University, and M.Ed. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in measurement, evaluation, statistics, and assessment from the University of Illinois Chicago. Christina also holds certificates in educational research methodology, institutional research, and data governance.
