Julie Heuberger Yura Deputy Title IX Coordinator/Senior Equity Compliance Investigator

Julie Heuberger Yura, JD joined JHU’s Office of Institutional Equity in February 2019 as an Equity Compliance Investigator.  Prior to joining JHU, Julie served as the Title IX Coordinator at Lake Forest College. As a licensed attorney, Julie worked in private practice in Chicago, Illinois, where she counseled and represented higher education institutions, community colleges and k-12 public and private schools on various matters involving students, faculty and staff. Julie earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Iowa.
