The Revised Interim Discrimination and Harassment Policy and Procedures became effective on January 9, 2025 and does not apply retroactively. For any matters reported to OIE prior to January 9, 2025, or which concern allegations of discrimination or harassment that allegedly occurred prior to January 9, 2025, the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) will consider the nature and timing of the allegations and determine the appropriate policy and procedures to apply.
