Steve A. Book Senior Equity Compliance Investigator

Steven A. Book joined OIE in April 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Equity Compliance Investigator.  Prior to his work at Johns Hopkins, Steven practiced at a regional law firm, where he litigated employment discrimination and harassment cases and managed complex investigations.  Steven earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was a graduate of the Honors College.  After law school, Steven clerked on the Appellate Court of Maryland.  He is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
