Harassment and Discrimination Complaints

The Office of Institutional Equity is responsible for the assessment, investigation and resolution of discrimination or harassment complaints received from faculty, staff, and students at JHU. 

You may complete and submit the online complaint form below, which will be automatically sent to the Office of Institutional Equity. Alternatively, you may download the complaint form and mail or fax the completed document to OIE at:

The information you provide in the Discrimination and Harassment Complaint Form form will be kept as confidential as is reasonably possible. While you may make this report anonymously, doing so may impair the university's ability to conduct an effective investigation.
